Jutsu Enhancements By *Yuki Strife*

N.A.T.O has a range of very good Jutsu but somethimes they are too difficult to hit with or have some major drawbacks(only some).This post will tell some of those jutsu and some improvements that can be added. I dont know but I think it makes some of these a bit interesting. Just Ideas anyway. =P

1. Katon Goukakyuu- this jutsu has 2 levels, a small 1 tiler, and a large 9 tiler.(I think it was a 9 tiler but it looked less I cant remember xD)
the drawback to this jutsu is that it has a massive freeze after it, leaving the user sitting there, waiting to die.
>fix: either reduce the freeze time OR (and i like this one) add a level three, where the user SHOOTS the fireball and gets rid of all freeze.the latter of the two could be reached at 150 uses or so, and it would absorb everything in its path(unlike the heki's)

2.Katon Ryuuka, Suiton Daibakufu, and Raikyuu- these are bullet jutsus that are very hard to hit with, and and the user suffers a small freeze.
>fix:this is another lvl idea. make a 2nd and 3rd level. 2nd level: 3 tiles wide and keep freeze. 3rd level: 5 tiles wide and still keep freeze. (these will be like the above, in the way that they will not just stop from a hit, but keep going)
note: level 3 daibakufu requires the user to be on water. Also, they all work water.

3.Doton Doryuudan(unsure of name, but is the dragon head that shoots rocks)- this jutsu freezes shortly and is a hit-and-miss type of jutsu.
>fix:make it as a summon of some sort, that lasts for 9 seconds and shoots at 1.5 second intervals. I also suggest that two may be in use at a time, to increase effectiveness.

4.Suiton Suikouden and Suiryuudan- these jutsus may only be used on water, but if on a large mass of water, it is likely that the person your aiming for is also on water, therefore, these jutsus need to be enabled to damage on water.
