Blitz i kinda hope you take the caps back to the way they were when i first started and Star was still in the game...but maybe make a 10 mil HP cap...but you know like, Genin = 1k stats // Chuunin = 5k stats // Jounin/ANBU = 7.5k stats // Sannin = 9k stats // Kage = 10k stats....i never understood the hunter-nin being 10k as well so you could probably just make it 8k or something :/...but yea i prolly sound like a broken record when i say this but i like these caps and what not XD
