Uchiha;
Once you reach a certain stat, level (What ever). You obtain Mangekyou.
Although there are multiple mangekyous' only one is obtained, and at random. Each have seperate abilities. Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Kakashi, customs, ect.

Sage of Six (This is the power of the rinnigen);
As of shown in the manga, you have the ability to control six seperate bodies, each have there capabilities and what not.
BUUUT you could possibly leave your main body, and fully control any one of the six seperate bodies.

The Uchiha idea is one we've thrown around b4... it's possible and we might try it out.
but the six body idea we've heard several times, its not that we wouldnt like to do it but coding it is almost impossible. transferring control is really hard to code. although i might know a way just dont look for it in the release version. i'll look into the dif sharingans though.
