To join outside of char creation 5 mill hp and chakra. with jounin at 100k

For Anbu you must have capped hunter and 10 mill hp and chakra.

For Sannin you must have at least 20 mill Hp and Chakra and win a tournament I host within the village Anbu for a spot.

I wont kick you out and i know its hard to get but it means that none of my ninja will be weak.
Besides i don't get the power to kick people out sadly i can be disliking but cant kick out. Your fine as long as you do get them for me I'm just trying to get people in the village we needed more. Now I am enforcing the Requirements Strictly tho and I realize it will drive some away but it will bring those who want power and to be apart or something strong to Sound.
